You don't need to learn 48 different silly exercise variations using bands, medicine balls, kettelbells, body bars, bosu balls, 3 pound dumbbells, steppers, and agility ladders. Demand better from your personal trainer. Demand PROGRESSION.

 

I believe in what works: strength training, HIIT, postural correction, intelligent nutrition planning, mindfulness and, above all, PROGRESSION. Old, young, fat, skinny, strong, weak: just get under a barbell and make real change happen.
